At KT151 Limited, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us and happy with the women’s clothing items you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and return eligibility.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Must include original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories where applicable
  • Applies only to eligible pre-made, non-custom items
  • Must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or custom-made.

KT151 Limited reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Clearance, discounted, promotional, or final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags, labels, packaging, or proof of purchase
  • Intimate apparel, undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
  • Accessories, jewelry, hair items, or beauty-related items where applicable
  • Gift cards or digital products, if offered
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team

If an item is marked as final sale at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.

Please provide:

  • Your order number or order details
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
  • Any other relevant details that may help us review your request

Once your case is reviewed and approved, we may arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as we may need photos or additional information to process your request.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item or items you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item if the return is approved.

Return Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by KT151 Limited, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product.

Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the nature of the return:

  • For general returns, the customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items approved by our support team, return shipping may be covered or reimbursed where applicable
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges or reshipments
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items

KT151 Limited is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund to the original payment method, where applicable and approved

Refund approval depends on the condition of the returned item and the reason for return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund or store credit where applicable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or selected resolution method
  • Items that fail inspection may be refused and returned to the customer

Store Credit

In many cases, approved returns may be issued as store credit.

Store credit may be used toward a future purchase from KT151 Limited and may be subject to any terms provided at the time of issue.

Store credit is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • Another product of equal value
  • A higher-priced product by paying the price difference

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable resolution.

Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please allow time for processing by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you have already checked with your payment provider and still have concerns, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

For store credit, delays are uncommon. If you experience any issue receiving or using your store credit, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.

Custom, personalized, final sale, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production or fulfillment has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or customer refusal, we may deduct shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from any eligible refund or store credit.

KT151 Limited is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
